With experience spanning both field execution and project management environments, Keith brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to planning and performance reporting. His work includes developing project schedules, improving progress and cost tracking, and building reporting systems that provide clear, reliable insight for project teams and leadership.
Keith has supported major projects as well as mid-sized organizations transitioning into larger, more complex work across construction, mining, and energy sectors. His focus is on strengthening planning fundamentals, improving predictability, and helping teams identify risk early—so decisions are made with confidence and projects stay on track.
